Peter Brown

ADELAIDE – Head of Coaching

Peter Brown is a very experienced wicket-keeper batsman who now works for the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) as a Cricket Manager.

Having grown up in Darwin before relocating to Adelaide to play his cricket, Peter played a lot of junior club and representative cricket with Cricket Mentoring founder Tom Scollay and spin bowling mentor Ryan James.

Browny plays for Prospect CC and is approaching 100 1st-grade matches in Premier Cricket where he plays as a wicket-keeper and top order batter. During his junior days, Peter was a Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy Scholarship Holder and was coached by the likes of Justin Langer, Ian Healy & Matthew Elliott.

Specifically regional located I am looking to help break down the distance/resource barrier to ensure all cricketers I mentor get the best possible opportunity to play at the highest level, understanding the difficulties of living regionally I can relate to the mental challenges of chasing the cricket dream.”
