Who are these programs for?
Whether you’re a batter, bowler or wicket-keeper and if you have limited/ no experience or lots of experience in strength & conditioning training, we’ve got a program that’s going to help you become fitter, stronger, fast, more powerful & less likely to get injured. These programs aren’t for you if you just want big muscles to look good in the mirror (although you WILL look good if you follow the program and have a disciplined diet). Our aim is to help you become the best athlete you can be and improve the specific muscles you need to perform your skill (batting, bowling, wicket-keeping) consistently for long periods of time. Each program focuses on mobility and functional exercises that will give you a strong foundation to minimise the risk of injury in your career and improve your power (hitting sixes, bowling faster or taking diving catches). Programs range from beginners who have never done any strength work before, to young professionals who are wanting to gain an extra edge to their preparation. Our strength and conditioning programs incorporate exercises that international cricketers use to keep themselves in the best condition possible.
