AWARENESS – Goals of the Day
• Understand the impact your self-talk has on how you feel
• Become aware of the things that you say to yourself
• Set goals to give your mind a new direction
Take a moment to think about and analyse the things you say to yourself then write them down
What things do you say to yourself when you’re training, walking onto the field to play, eating, working out etc?
Think about where you want to be in 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, 1 month & 7 days – write them all down.
Once you’ve got your goals written down, write out a plan of what you have to do on a daily basis to achieve those goals.
