Dan is a highly experienced mentor for young cricketers both within a team and individual context. After a successful first year, he became the head coach of Easts under 21s, while also mentoring a number of young players who went to on play senior cricket for Easts. From 2013-2016, Dan was also employed by NSW Cricket as a private coach for young up-and-coming cricketers, who would train at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

As a very reliable off spin bowler, Dan regularly played 1st grade for Easts across 6 seasons (2010-2016), before relocating to Perth earlier this year. During this time, he trained and played with some of Australia’s best cricketers, including Peter Nevill, Nic Maddinson, David Warner & Adam Zampa. After strong performances in the Sydney grade competition Dan represented the ACT Comets in 2011/12 in the Cricket Australia Futures League.

Dan is now keen to continue to help young cricketers progress their own careers.

“My passion is to help and encourage cricketers to grow as a player in all facets of the game starting with learning and building confidence.”
